All imagery and scans remain copyright of ORIOGI and may not be used without written permission.

The Art
Are the artworks originals or prints?
All pieces are original, hand-painted production artworks, never prints or sericels.
How are works authenticated?
Each cel or background is examined in person using magnification, UV light, spectrometer, and material measurement. Only verified production pieces receive a COA.
Can you authenticate from photos?
No. Physical inspection is required.
Why are prices different from other sellers?
We price by verified authenticity, condition, and composition, not by title popularity.
Ordering & logistics
Can you hold or reserve a piece?
Items can be held for 24 hours on request; after that they return to open sale.
Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?
No. Prices reflect the verification process and documentation.
What does “Make Offer” mean?
Selected works include a “Make Offer” option. It allows reasonable offers close to the listed price, not open negotiation. Offers are reviewed manually and may be declined without counter-offer.
Do you accept payment plans?
We unfortunately do not accept payment plans as of yet.
How are artworks packaged?
Each piece ships flat in custom ORIOGI archival materials, fully insured.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, with customs paperwork and insurance included.
Can I cancel or return an order?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us athello@oriogi.com.
Consignments & submissions
Do you take artworks on consignment?
Yes. ORIOGI accepts select pieces for consignment sale. All submissions start online and are reviewed again in person once the artwork arrives.
How does the process work?
1. Submit clear photos of the cel front, back, and any background through our online form.
2. We review the images and details to determine if the piece is suitable for consignment.
3. If accepted, you’ll receive our consignment contract for signature and instructions for shipping the piece to us.
4. When received, we perform a full inspection using the same tools and methods applied to our own collection before listing.
What is the consignment fee?
ORIOGI retains a 10% commission on the final sale price. There are no upfront or hidden costs - the fee is deducted only once the piece has sold.
Is there a fee for evaluation?
Initial online review is free. A small handling fee is applied only after the piece is received and fully inspected, deducted from the final sale proceeds.
Do you provide valuations?
Yes, as part of the consignment process. Once the artwork has been inspected, we’ll provide a suggested market range based on comparable works and condition.
What if my piece isn’t authenticated upon inspection?
You’ll receive a short written explanation. Return shipping is at cost, using the same packaging standards we apply to our own artworks.
