ORIOGI オリオギ – Shipping Policy

Origin
All orders ship from Denmark. Prices shown include Danish VAT for EU buyers unless otherwise stated.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Some items may require additional preparation time due to special packaging.

Packaging
All artwork is packaged with archival materials and museum-level care. Each shipment is insured against loss or damage during transit.

Carriers & Delivery Times
We ship with trusted carriers such as PostNord, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery estimates:

• Denmark: 1–3 business days

• EU: 3–7 business days

• Outside EU: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Customs & Duties

• EU buyers: All VAT and customs duties are included in the purchase price. No additional fees on delivery.

• Non-EU buyers: Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the package is handed to the carrier. ORIOGI insures all shipments, but you must notify us of any visible damage or loss within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes in some countries. Certain items may be subject to export restrictions.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
