Overview
Welcome to ORIOGI オリオギ (“ORIOGI”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this online gallery and store to provide you with curated original animation art, including production cels, backgrounds, drawings, and related collectibles (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Access and Account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account details.
2. Our Products
All items offered by ORIOGI are original, vintage production artwork unless otherwise stated. As such, age-related wear (e.g. paint flaking, stuck cels, fading, minor line gaps) may occur. These characteristics are part of the artwork’s authenticity and do not constitute defects.
We make every effort to photograph and describe items accurately, but colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen and settings.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only binding once confirmed by ORIOGI and payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
For fixed-price sales (“Buy Now”), EU consumer law grants private buyers a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you choose to withdraw, the artwork must be returned in identical condition, securely packaged, and at your own expense. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
This withdrawal right does not apply to purchases made via auction or to business (B2B) buyers.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated and include Danish VAT where applicable. Shipping, customs, and insurance (if not included in price) will be shown at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide with secure, insured packaging. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an item is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. All items are shipped from Denmark.
6. Authenticity Guarantee
All items sold by ORIOGI are guaranteed to be original production artwork unless otherwise described. If an item is ever proven not to be authentic, we will accept its return and issue a full refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The ORIOGI name, logo, site design, photographs, descriptions, and other content are the property of ORIOGI and may not be copied or used without permission. Artwork offered for sale remains the copyright of its original creators or studios.
8. Consignments
ORIOGI may also sell items on consignment. Consignment terms are agreed separately in writing.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent items, or to interfere with the operation of the site.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
